"Michael with State Farm Insurance was fantastic in helping me get the lowest rate possible. He wasn't a pushy salesperson and helped me out a lot by getting me a rate that was literally half of what I was paying with my last auto insurance carrier. I have not had a traffic ticket in 15 years and am considered a safe driver. Yet my previous insurance carrier raised my rate by over $20.00 a month when I did my renewal. I was thinking of just staying with them, until I read an article about some of the less cost effective carriers in Florida. State Farm was one of them. I did a quote on the website and it was cheaper than my previous carrier. But I was having a problem with the website and so I sent an e-mail asking for help. Michael called me the next day and looked at what my rate would be. To my surprise it was far cheaper than the quote that was given on line! I am now paying a little over half of what I would have paid with my previous carrier had I renewed with them. I am happy with my new insurance with the money I saved. But I'm also glad I talked to Michael who was able to give me a really cheap rate based on my driving record. I'm disappointed my previous carrier didn't do the same and instead hiked my rate up. I'm definitely a happy camper and Michael was very nice over the phone and answered all my questions and helped me out a ton. Google only allows five stars, but I would give it a sixth. "Michael Kerr at State Farm was nothing less than stellar to work with. I was initially with Progressive and had an affordable rate but the payment per month was about to double because i added my son as a driver. I shopped around insurance companies and stumbled upon this business. From beginning to end, Mr. Kerr was patient with my schedule and document signings (i work in Neurosurgery) and also saved me 500 (yes, five hundred) dollars monthly.
